We would recommend, if you are unsure of the new test date select an appointment a month or two in advance, THEN, if you can test sooner reschedule and select an earlier test date and time.

You can cancel your exam up to 2 hours before the start time.

If the exam is canceled less than 2 hours before the start time, the proctor fee will not be refunded.

If the voucher has been emailed to you, the cost for the voucher will not be refunded.

We strictly follow Certiport’s cancellation policy. Once a voucher or learning product has been distributed or exam services rendered, a refund will not be issued under Certiport’s guidelines:

Certiport’s Return Policy

We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. The following explains our return policy.

Digital Products

Exam vouchers, practice tests, learning products, and/or bundles thereof cannot be returned. Vouchers are only for use at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) in the United States at the time of purchase. Exams must be scheduled and taken on or before the expiration date of the voucher(s). Vouchers, practice tests, and learning products all expire twelve months from the date of purchase (with the exception of MeasureUp practice tests, which must be registered within 30 days of purchase and then expire 30 days after redemption). The specific expiration date(s) will be sent with the redemption code/key via email. All sales of digital products are final, with no exceptions.

If a digital product fails to function properly due to a verifiable technical error caused by Certiport or our delivery systems (not including technical issues resulting from a CATC’s technology, internet outage, or power outage), Certiport may, in its sole discretion, replace the digital product with the exact same digital product.

If you are unable to take your exam on the scheduled date and time, please reschedule to avoid a $40 penalty.
